Kentucky Neck All Weather Waterproof Comfort - a fantastic lightweight neck rug ideal for turning out during rainy weather. The outer shell is made of a strong 1200D fabric, which makes it resistant to various weather conditions. The neck is lined with a soft polyester lining to be smooth on the horses skin. It can be attached to the rug with four strong Velcro fastenings.
