Penelope New Roge Vest - a signature piece from Penelope collection. This new version Roger Vest is even prettier and more comfortable. It's lined with ultra soft and warm fur-like fleece. You'll for sure fall in love with the vest once you feel the lining. The center zip is now in the same tone as the vest. The fabric has a slight glitter effect. It also features two zipped front pockets. The faux fur on the hood is removable. The waistband and large side panels are elastic to ensure absolute freedom of movement.
