Penelope Howlett Training Aid

Penelope Collection Howlett Training Aid - also known as a German martingale, the Howlett Training Aid is compatible with the Martin Collar and the Howlett Reins. It needs to be hooked to the central ring of the Martin Collar. Designed to help the horse work the muscles of their spine, and allowing both the horse and rider to be in the correct position with the right amount of contact as the action is only on the reins. When the horse gives way, the Howlett Training Aid also gives way, eliminating the nuisance of the rider's hand. It therefore limits the bad action of the riders' hands, ensuring the horse has improved contact. 

The Howlett Training Aid is sold separately from the Howlett martin collar and reins.
