Turnado 2-Type Snaffle

Sprenger Turnado 2-Type Snaffle - a fantastic bit that combines the advantages of a loose ring snaffle with the lateral pressure of an eggbutt. Thanks to the eggbutt shape the bit is gentle on the corners of the horses mouth whilst the anatomically formed mouthpiece sits perfectly, ensuring gentle pressure and precise rein aids. Additionally, the 2-type Turnado maintains the lightness of a loose ring snaffle. 

Turnado bits present a new generation of loose ring snaffles with the mouthpiece turned forward by 45°. This special rotation is distinctly marked by a slightly abrasive surface in the middle part of the mouthpiece. Thanks to the innovative adjustment of the mouthpiece, the rein aids reach the horses mouth precisely, but as the pressure is evenly distributed on the tongue it is still soft. 

Turnado bits enable perfect communication with the horse as prompt and ideal chewing activity is provided immediately. This bit can also help prevent tongue vices.
