This design also helps keep the bit stable and prevents it from sliding sideways through the mouth—particularly useful for young, inexperienced, or feisty horses. The TRUST full cheek bars are slightly curved outward to avoid contact with the side of the horse’s head; correct positioning with the bars facing outward is essential for safe use.
